ARE you interested in working on your writing skills? Do you have a passion for news covering? Or even have free slots in your weekly schedule?

Look no further, The Spartan Newspaper is now accepting admissions for stories!

The Spartan is a class that meets three days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9AM to 9:50AM

There are three levels of the class, CM271/371/471, that give students a chance to assume more responsibility as writers and editors that cover campus, its issues, and also the community at large.

Those who are unable to take the class but still are interested in contributing a news, sports or feature story or column can contact me at pvigna@ycp.edu.

That include story pitches. They are more than welcome.
