YCP men’s, women’s swim team head into final day of championships: photos

THE four-day Middle Atlantic Conference swimming championships are being held at the Graham Aquatic Center in York.
They began Thursday and will conclude today, with the preliminaries having started at 9:30 a.m. and the finals beginning later today at 5:30.
The York College men’s team is in second place through three days of action, according to the school website. The Spartans have accumulated 738 points through day three but trail first-place Stevens, as the Ducks have 1206 points. Arcadia is third with 695 points. Misericordia (656.5 points) and Messiah (644 points) round out the top five team scores.
The York College women’s swim squad remained in sixth place of 14 teams after day three, according to the website.
The Spartans have accumulated 465 points over the course of the first three days of the championships. Messiah continues to hold the team lead with 1025 points, well ahead of second-place Stevens (841 points). Misericordia (791 points), Arcadia (612 points), and Widener (487 points) round out the top five team scores.
